- This website does not set any cookies.
- No analytics, tracking or marketing services are used.
- Fonts, images and scripts are loaded only from our own web server. There is no connection to Google Fonts, CDNs or social networks.
- We only process personal data where technically necessary to run the website or where you send us data via the contact form or by email.
3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by Neue Medien Münnich GmbH (ALL-INKL.COM), Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. The servers are located in Germany.
When you visit this website, our hosting provider’s web server automatically processes information transmitted by your browser: IP address, date and time of the request, page or file requested, amount of data transferred, referrer URL, and browser and operating system. This data is required to deliver the website and keep it secure.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and stable operation of the website. Log files are deleted after 14 days at the latest unless they are needed to investigate a security incident. We have a data processing agreement with the hosting provider in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.
4. Contact form and email
When you contact us via the contact form or by email, we process your details (name, company, email address, optionally phone number, project details and your message) in order to answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation. Mandatory fields are marked.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry is aimed at concluding a contract, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (interest in answering enquiries). The form is transmitted encrypted to our web server and forwarded to us from there by email.
To prepare a quotation we may pass the technical key data of your enquiry on to the manufacturer of the systems. We will inform you about this beforehand.
We delete your data once the enquiry has been fully dealt with and no statutory retention obligations apply (e.g. up to ten years under commercial and tax law).
5. No cookies, no local storage
This website sets no cookies and stores no information on your device (not even in the browser’s local storage). No analytics, tracking or marketing services are used. Consent under Section 25 TDDDG is therefore not required, and there is no cookie banner.
6. External links
This website may contain links to other providers’ websites. Data is only transmitted to these providers once you click a link. The respective provider is responsible for data processing on those websites.
7. Your rights
You have the right at any time to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21). You may withdraw any consent given with effect for the future (Art. 7(3)). An informal message to office@saltglobe.com is sufficient.
